As one of the UK’s leading residential ground rent investment professionals, Todd oversees every Castelnau Estates’ transaction. Todd’s record of success includes skilfully sourcing and acquiring hundreds of individual and large-scale ground rent investment portfolios each year, as well as numerous trading and non-trading property companies. Todd has completed on ground rent acquisitions for more than 8,000 units and has been a key player in the successful negotiation of terms for multiple institutional ground rent securitisations with large UK insurance funds, representing loan values of more than £260 million.
Prior to Castlenau Estates, Todd spent five years excelling and quickly earning high levels of responsibility within one of the UK’s leading private property investment companies, Regis Group Plc. In his previous role as the Regis Group Acquisitions Director, Todd negotiated and completed over 500 transactions with a total purchase price in excess of £40 million.
HEAD OF INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Alexandra’s breadth of real estate investment business experience is invaluably applied throughout the rapidly-expanding Castelnau Estates business. Alexandra guides Castelnau Estates’ investor strategy, collaborating with and educating investors on freehold ground rents as a highly credit-worthy and low-risk, inflation-hedged investment. She also leads key operations and strategies for company growth, lead generation, marketing and corporate communications, all while effectively acquiring off-market real estate development opportunities.
Alexandra previously served as a key member on the founding teams of two Blackstone Group real estate investment start-ups, Invitation Homes and B2R Finance (now Finance of America Holdings). She served as Chief of Staff for Invitation Homes, America’s largest single-family owner-manager with $11 billion under operation, which launched the first single-borrower single-family rental securitisation with a $480 million transaction in 2013. Alexandra was Chief of Staff and the second employee of Blackstone’s B2R Finance (now Finance of America), which pioneered the first U.S. multi-borrower single-family rental securitisation with a $230 million deal in 2015. Alexandra also previously served as a Senior Advisor to Elevate Private Capital, a Dallas-based private real estate investment fund. Prior to this, Alexandra focused on sourcing and analysing central London property development projects at Regis Group PLC.
A lifelong property enthusiast, Alexandra studied real estate development, urban planning and design. She holds a Master’s degree from of the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science from University College London’s Bartlett School of Planning.
HEAD OF ACQUISITIONS
Jordan drives forward Castelnau Estates’ freehold ground rent acquisitions, identifying opportunities and collaborating with developers, landlords and other real estate investors to efficiently and effectively structure deals.
Prior to real estate investment, Jordan was an Interdealer Broker at BGC Partners and earned a first class honours Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance.

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS ADVISOR
Chris brings over 35 years of property accounts and property management experience to Castelnau Estates as a Chartered Certified Accountant, Registered Auditor and the founder of Wilkins Southworth. He acts for the country’s two fastest growing property franchises and has detailed property investment expertise which includes having worked and negotiated with some of the largest quoted property companies in the UK.
Alex focuses on researching, strategising and executing many of Castelnau Estates’ freehold ground rent marketing and acquisition opportunities. Alex provides guidance on asset management and has in-depth knowledge of leasehold reform, ranging from negotiating lease extensions to Section 20 leaseholder projects.
Prior to Castelnau, Alex focused on residential freehold ground rents and asset management at Regis Group Plc. His ground rent industry expertise and motivation to help wherever needed make him an asset to the Castelnau Estates team.
Cameron reviews, manages and tracks all Castelnau Estates freehold ground rent acquisitions, following up with various parties to ensure a streamlined and expedited acquisitions process. Cameron manages all documentation, solicitor communications and deal progression while keeping the Castelnau acquisitions team up to date on all transactions.
Prior to Castelnau, Cameron worked in the self-storage property sector and furthered his exposure to the financial markets and fund management at M&G Investments. Cameron has a broad-based education, having studied in several European countries, and is a graduate of Loughborough University.
William carries out market research on both recent and upcoming real estate developments, providing information on the location, size, and ownership of the sites. This research informs the team of any potential acquisitions that fit the criteria of Castelnau Estates’ portfolio.
William is a recent graduate of the University of Oxford, holding a Master of Studies in Classical Archaeology and a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History. Will joined Castelnau from Paragon Search Partners, where he worked as a Market Researcher. Prior to this, William worked at the Oxford Royal Academy and interned at several top firms in a variety of sectors, including on Ernst & Young’s Debt Advisory team.
